Nicholas DiGiovanni, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S in Foodservice Management, is the head chef and owner of DiGiovanni’s Café and Catering. He plans to use his skills to ensure each guest has a quality and fulfilled dining experience.

During his time at Johnson & Wales Nicholas made the most of his learning experience and was honored with the award of deans list. In 2006 his hard work paid off when Nicholas was chosen to work for the FIFA organization at the world cup in Munich, Germany. While in Munich Nicholas was given the opportunity to cook for the chancellor of Germany Mrs. Angela Merkel, as well as other leaders of countries, and CEO’s of major companies.

As the head chef and owner of DiGiovanni’s Café and Catering Nicholas plans to bring back traditional Italian cuisine with a modern flare to the valley. He plans to accomplish this with not only what he’s learned from his extensive schooling and work experience, but also by what he’s learned from his family as a third generation Italian/American. Nicholas envisions all of his customers being able to experience a piece of his heart and soul with a slice of Italy as soon as they step in the door. Featuring a unique espresso bar and home style Italian cooking, Nicholas’ plan is to keep his customers coming back for more.
