Nicholas DiGiovanni, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S in Foodservice Management, is the head chef and owner of DiGiovanni’s Café and Catering. He plans to use his skills to ensure each guest has a quality and fulfilled dining experience.
